We conducted extensive interviews with owners and employees to gain a deep understanding of their work processes, devices, routines, usage times, pain points, and all actors involved. By analyzing these factors, we were able to identify key areas for improvement.

)Utilizing Event Storming and Domain-Driven Design (DDD), we mapped out edge cases and refined our approach to ensure the solution met all user requirements effectively. This thorough investigation allowed us to design a system that is truly aligned with the needs of its users.

Ease of Use: Simplified the process of adding tire sets with buttons for adding 2 or 4 tires in ready-made sets.

During our comprehensive cross-departmental discovery phase with Euromaster, we thoroughly analyzed and enhanced their product and customer management processes. This close collaboration enabled our team to deliver a highly impactful solution.

We developed a custom Laravel-based platform featuring a modern React-based interface, designed for efficient order placement, invoice processing, and more.

The system integrates data from multiple sources, providing a unified and consistent information source for both buyers and sellers, thereby streamlining their operations and improving overall efficiency.
